My first account was illegally disabled due to a false claim of child endangerment after I reported a *** for contacting me through another person's post and direct messaging. I then created a new account using another part of my name.

However, it was hacked and deactivated also for child endangerment while I was trying to recover the account on the same day that it was hacked. Facebook does not allow any person-to-person contact with their company representatives in any way, shape or form unless you send them a physical letter. Then, they will try to call you if you give them your phone number; otherwise, you have to hire a lawyer and sue them.

I have made reports against them due to the false claims against me for child endangerment to both the Federal Trade Commission and ic3.gov because of slander, defamation of character, fraud, and dissemination of unlawful messages, which is another form of slander and defamation of character. If this is not resolved, I will be filing a federal lawsuit against them which will result in either a: large monetary compensation to me, b: change of ownership of the company, or c: their automated system that has disabled my accounts, as well as the review people, all being deactivated or fired until the issues are resolved and corrected.

My son's account was hacked. I've received emails from five different individuals from Meta.

I provided them with the requested information, including the account details and the email of the person who was added to my account. My login information was changed by the person who hacked it. A representative from Meta emailed me to say they had suspended my account. It's been a long time since I received a response from anyone.

I've been waiting to regain access to my account, but nobody has responded after I sent them the requested information.

Additionally, I can't make purchases with that account. I have a $30 gift card, but the account won't let me make purchases, so I can't use my gift card.

My instagram account has been hacked,I filled out a questionnaire that I sent to Meta support to recover my account that is hacked and they send me automatic responses to my email address. It is disrespectful of them.

Now, the hacker pretends to be me and is posting my archives, scamming my subscribers and asking them for money. Meta is unable to protect these customers . Today, I went to the Meta company in New York at 770 Broadway with my family with all my ID to prove that it is me and the security guy told us that we are not entering because they do not do customer service. Their behavior is called "Failure to assist a person in danger", I no longer feel safe, It hurts me too much and I do not feel safe.
